Project Manager - Change Management IV (Product Marketing)

Duration: 8 months contract with possible extension/ conversion

  • Lead large, complex and/or critical cross-functional change initiatives to help transition acquired company marketing teams into new system/processes.

  • Define and drive change management strategy throughout the entire Marketing M&A project lifecycle: discovery, scoping, design, implementation, and go live.

  • Execute change management deliverables, including creating change impact assessments and stakeholder management plans; writing communication material, and preparing executive presentations.

  • Proactively identify change management risks or provide recommendations to address the change to ensure the project stays on course.

  • Create a measurement model to track change management impacts and evaluate program success; provide monthly progress updates to the project team.

  • Leverage change management best practices to ensure the successful adoption of strategic initiatives.

  • Collaborate with project team members and marketing stakeholders across the business to drive change management deliverables for Marketing M&A.

  • Serves as a credible expert and trusted advisor, partnering with the project team and executives to execute the change plans to drive adoption and sustain new ways of working.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • 7+ years of work experience with 2-3 years of direct change management experience, defining change management initiatives and risk assessment/mitigation planning for large-scale, high visibility projects.

  • Experience working in the a.

  • Experience creating and implementing change impact assessments, stakeholder management plans, change implementation plans, change capacity assessments, communications materials, change scorecards and readiness assessments, organization assessment approaches, organizational design work and learning materials to support design and delivery.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Perseverance, can-do attitude and flexibility a must

  • Ability to navigate complex situations and balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, deliver results on time and be graceful under pressure.

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle Experience creating and managing project plans.

  • Analytical, problem solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Proactively identify and report on risks, issues and dependencies for the project. Experience in Salesforce CRM
