Job Title: Program Manager | Partner Oversight
Department: Local Business Partnerships
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Duration:1+ year (W2 contract with possible conversion)
Support cross-functional committee by developing effective review process to triage incoming requests, consolidate outstanding action items and escalations, and report to leadership
Establish communication structure to report out updates, next steps, and status to platform integration partners
Facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives, establishing clear next steps and owners, and resolving blocks that impede progress
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various Partnerships business units, Developer Operations, Product, Legal, and Policy
Track progress of Partner Oversight workstreams and cross-functional initiatives by developing reporting and processes to monitor milestones and deadlines
Provide communication and training on partner oversight programs, processes, tools, and policies to impacted company's Partnership teams.
Develop, manage, and distribute internal reporting for Partner Oversight programs for team-wide visibility and alignment
Program management: Identify and drive forward program initiatives that have multiple stakeholders and many moving parts
Risk management: Proactively assess risk, raise flags, and resolve issues before they become problems for the larger teams
Multi-tasking: Balance multiple initiatives at once with ability to prioritize effectively
Process oriented: Define process, manage reporting, and execute against deadlines.
Effective communication: Strong experience in providing written and verbal communications, both cross-functionally and to external stakeholders
5+ years experience as project or program manager with a background in establishing and scaling programs, supporting program teams, and operations
Preferred BA/BS degree or equivalent industry specific experience in project management, operations, or other related field.
