Company’s Partners & Integration team is seeking a full-time project management resource to support the ongoing acquisition integration activities. This individual should have:

  • Solid experience in program / project management

  • Strong business acumen, ability to work in a collaborative and fast paced environment

  • Proficient in written and oral communications

  • Driven in approach, quick thinker, ability to understand the strategic objectives of the integration, strong organization skills

  • Can assist with driving actions to closure and relationship building skills.

  • Software industry M&A integration experience preferred, focus on Go to Market (GTM) functions esp. Industries and Partner ecosystem is a plus.


Key Job Responsibilities include:

  • Project management support for ongoing and new acquisition integrations

  • Align on priorities and support I&P M&A integration leads to prepare for weekly cadence, support meeting proceedings, take actions, and circulate meeting notes

  • Follow-up on actions with key stakeholders, organize focused groups, schedule meetings

  • Assist with collecting data for weekly dashboards

  • Understand and document cross-functional risks, issues, decisions and dependencies

  • Maintain project plans and work with extended stakeholders to review status and progress with support and leadership from I&P M&A team

  • Assist with content creation e.g. FAQs, etc.

  • Provide structure to discussions with x-functional stakeholders across SF and Acquiredco

  • Organize request resolution from internal Salesforce stakeholders including Corporate Development and other GTM teams to support.

  • Tools knowledge - e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud, Chatter, Quip, SmartSheets is a plus
