Job Description:
The project coordinator is responsible for managing administrative aspects of client and company projects, tracking and monitoring of project progress with regards to deadlines and client needs, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicating frequently with team members and management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of data collection projects across multiple domains
- Work with a 3rd party vendor to facilitate project progress and ensure deliverables are on-time, on-budget, and of high-quality
- Manage budget tracking, reporting, and forecasting
- Work with a data quality analyst to ensure execution of quality methodologies across programs
- Develop and deliver weekly updates to cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical nature
- Develop and maintain project documentation and task management systems
- Identify improvement areas for the team's operational processes and implement scalable solutions
- Be a conduit of communication between 3rd party vendor(s) and internal partners on project status, key updates, etc.
- Serve as the first point of contact for triaging vendor issues
- Facilitate completion of project pre-launch requirements (i.e. documentation, tooling, etc.)

Requirements:
- 2+ years of project management experience (ideally in tech)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects and priorities while maintaining a high standard of delivery
- Strong prioritization skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to tailor communications to your audience (i.e. technical vs. non-technical, different management levels, etc.)
- Comfortable working with a wide variety of cross functional partners across management levels
- Ability to triage requests and use best judgment to prioritize and escalate issues in a timely manner
- Able to remain agile in a fast-paced start-up environment, remaining calm under pressure, and working independently
- Demonstrated track record of effective problem-solving and ability to answer open-ended problems
