For example, being able to write queries and code to pull data is highly valued. In the future, we will have new systems, streamlined processes, and curated data at our fingertips. We, thus, want the day-to-day mindset to be on providing best in class FP&A support to our business partners.

  • Identify the key influencers across the organization and assess their level of “buy-in” to the change

  • Steer leadership and other influencers down the right path for driving the buy-in to the change (formally & informally) (similar to what doing with Executive Sponsor)

  • Create training materials and training plan for process only roll-outs

This role will support the Program Manager in all change management activities. Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a detailed understanding of the project and changes to come

  • Build credible relationships across the floor

  • Document stakeholder analysis

  • Document change strategy, plan, & communication plan

  • Execute day-to-day activities and ensuring we adhere to all plans

  • Monitor progress and highlight risks

  • Draft all comms for review by Program Manager

  • Hold meetings with various stakeholders to understand where they are and drive them to do what we need them to do

  • Hold stakeholders accountable

  • Manage event setup for certain change events (e.g. Floor Updates, Trainings, etc.)

  • Create training materials

  • Partner with IT Change Management team as needed

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Highly organized and consistently delivers

  • Self-motivated

  • Strong influencing skills

  • 2-4 years of change management experience (experience with change management tools)

  • Ability to influence change management in plain english (not using academic change management terms or talking about tools)
