Advocate audience & visitor-centric insights throughout the Digital team to support strategies designed to engage our visitors
Experience working with CRM, DMP, ABM & other audience management tools.
Serve as the owner of Audiences, Segments & Visitors to Salesforce.com for the Digital Content Strategy team, working across multiple tools including GA360, DMP, Demandbase & others to analyze, understand, activate, engage & personalize our audiences.
Provide education, insights and support to team members and external teams
Inform decisions on project priorities and resourcing of requests based on opportunity & impact
Have working knowledge of data integrations such as APIs, batch files, tracking pixels
Closely collaborate with other teams such as Digital Strategy & Research, Digital UX, MarTech, Campaigns & Digital GTM (paid & ABM) teams.
Experienced in working with online and offline data to create targeting attributes for segment creation
Support the development and execution of testing measurement plans in close partnership with the owners of the quantitative and qualitative testing programs
Generate documentation and communication process for transparency into our audiences
Participate in evaluation of future marketing solutions
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, including digital audience and segmentation experience
Strong understanding of data management, testing, and modeling
Strong understanding of data analytics in service of segmentation and personalization in digital media
Proficient with Google Analytics, GA360 preferred
Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools such as: Analytics, Workspace, Ad Hoc Analysis, Report Builder
Proficient with digital analytics implementation, tag management systems and/or data integrations.
Experience with analytics methodologies in testing & UX tools such as Optimizely & ClickTale
Experience with Demandbase analytics & Account Based Marketing strategies a plus!
Ability to think analytically, identify and solve problems through data analysis
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and influence executive leadership
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Experience with Google suite (Slides, Sheets, etc)
Team player, able to work with global cross-functional teams
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects with excellent organization & attention to detail
Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.)
Highly motivated, detail oriented, and a self-starter
