Job Title: Software Engineer III - Computer Vision

Location: Redmond, WA

Duration: 1+ year W2 contract with possible extension/ conversion

Duties:

  • Work with designers to help consolidate disparate program functions into a unified whole.

  • Works with programmers and coders to help map out various programming tasks and smaller functions, which are then combined into larger, functioning programs or new features for existing software.

  • Typically work in both design and development stages of the software creation.

  • Work with dedicated designers or design teams to work out the basic things the program or update will be expected to perform.

  • Plot out the various aspects of the automated tasks that will be necessary, usually using design documentation and flowcharts to help illustrate the process.

Skills: Must Have/ Non Negotiable


  • 7+ years' experience programming with C++

  • 4+ years' demonstrated ability in working with IMUs, cameras, and computer vision algorithms

  • Experience with real-world system building and data collection, including design, coding (C++) and evaluation (C++)

  • High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities

  • Interpersonal experience: cross-group and cross-culture collaboration

Wish List/ Nice to Have

  • Experience in sensor modeling and calibration

  • Experience working on AR/VR/MR

  • First: Computer vision: Technical conversation w/ programing element

  • Second: Coding Interview (White board onsite / Coder Pad: C++)

Education: BS in Computer Science. Masters Degree is not needed
