Summary

The CSG Systems & Tools Team is looking for a skilled Salesforce administrator to support our teams evolving requirements and tools. The resource for this position will collaborate with CSG Operations personnel and Salesforce CSG Delivery and Sales resources. The ideal candidate should have experience administering Salesforce, be comfortable supporting out-of-the-box and custom tools, generate Salesforce reports and dashboards, and have an advanced knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

CSG Systems & Tools Business Solution Administrator:

Perform administration duties on a suite of existing applications and tools, including project management, data management, scheduling, methodology, and reporting.

Effectively be able to communicate application and tool status, accomplishments and roadblocks to a dynamic global team.

Analyze Salesforce data and generate reports in Salesforce and Excel.

Capture business requirements, open tickets with IT, and guide IT through deployment.

Assist in the creation of custom tools and applications.

General support on additional administrative or operational tasks from the Strategy and Operations team as needed.

Combine all of the above with excellent communication skills, flexibility and a killer attitude.

Self-starter

At least a basic understanding of cloud computing and solutions, and the Salesforce product family

Previous Salesforce product experience is highly encouraged & beneficial

Familiarity with CRM and data management is a plus

Familiarity with FinancialForce’s PSA tool a huge plus

Ability to be flexible with a positive attitude and learn quickly in a dynamic environment

Bachelor's Degree
