Job Responsibilities:- Develop a strong relationship with Facebook’s localization team and drive localization tasks with high degree of independence and reliability Updating status trackers Collaborate with writers, marketers and web developers, across regional marketing teams on localization needs. Develop scalable content development flows, including building infrastructural programs, to minimize repetitive content development and decrease time-to-market for content and design as it relates to localization Review, prioritize, and track the progress of issues that affect localized content relevancy, quality, and functionality Manage overall translations quality assurance process, reporting and cross functional partnership. Process and track translations feedback from regional teams throughout the world. Gather and provide guidance to team members on localization guidelines at Facebook on behalf of i18n (when needed). Proactively identify opportunities and deliver improvements on localization processes Form a strong process to report on shared goals, including metrics and feedback loops, and other operational needs, within our team and with cross-functional partners Must Have Skills :- 3+ years of project management experience Strong organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and ability to stay focused under pressure Basic understanding of project management methodologies and content translation platforms Experience managing medium to large-scale projects and sometimes, vendor relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity working with Front-End Development Teams Experience working on Localization and Internationalization Projects preferred Preferred Skills: 4+ years Years of Experience Required: 3+ years working with technical type roles of project management experience Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree
