About the role
Our team is currently seeking a passionate Localization Program Manager with a track record of delivery, ownership and execution of international projects. The successful candidate will manage localization projects for the Customer Success Group (CSG). This position is a great opportunity for a smart, creative, collaborative and highly motivated team player to manage a complex set of localization processes for a global organization that is continuously evolving and growing. The Localization PM will also support and influence the localization strategy and drive the successful improvement of the localization production process.
Manages and provides overall localization support.
-Defines & Manages E2E Translations process for each individual program
-Regional alignment for prioritized business decisions
-Seeks opportunities for program and process improvements, and works with PMO Lead and -International Leadership to review and approve.
-Prioritize & approve Localization request within deadlines
-Ensure the translated content is reviewed and approved by designated reviewers
-Help publishing content to the website or relevant platforms outlined
-Manages Annual & Quarterly Forecasting for Programs and Regions
-Assigns Program & Regional budgets
-Submits POs & Approve Invoices
-Manage the translation Vendors/partners
-Manage localization quality
-Manage vendor SOW’s and financial requirements
-Provides regular budget updates to stakeholders
-Provide a centralized executive view into budget and translation progress in conjunction with PMO Lead
-Monitor the performance of the content with key stakeholders, using website analytic tools to ensure that the content is working as intended.
4+ years of Hands-on Program Management experience in developing and creating new processes, tools and infrastructure of localization and translation.
2+ years of relevant work experience in content localization and marketing content localization.
Bachelor's degree and/or Project Management Certification is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Prior experience working with localization and translation vendors
Experience with machine translation quality evaluation
Proven experience working on complex projects with multi-language, cross-functional global teams
Prior marketing experience with website and email content creation and publishing
Prior experience using Salesforce Lightning Platform
Experience with Google online tools such as Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.
