Master of execution: This is a fast-paced team which believes in building and testing concepts quickly. You should be comfortable running brainstorms and workshops, quickly ideating new concepts, and skillfully crafting them into mocks, prototypes and finished deliverables.
Storyteller and collaborator: You should be able to grasp business and user requirements and succinctly define design problems by articulating the user story. You should also be open-minded and flexible to incorporating feedback from your XFN team.
A big thinker with attention to details: You should possess the ability to step back to take a look at the bigger picture but also switch gears to deep dive and figure out minute details.
Articulate, fun and grounded in principles: You should possess the ability to connect with the extended XFN team and influence customer-centric design principles, providing calm, consistent, and credible leadership.
Highly proficient product designer – capable of solving complex interaction and systems level problems.
Strong executor – works quickly and independently to create high-fidelity mockups and flows, often with ambiguous requirements. Comfortable helping drive the development of hypotheses, objectives and requirements.
Data-driven – motivated by metrics and is familiar with both quant and qual testing. Works with research, and uses data to drive clarity and simplify problem statements.
Generative – very fluid with ideas; explores new concepts quickly; contributes fresh ideas to the team's roadmap.
Self-directed – proactive and takes initiative with making connections in the org and moving projects forward.
Experience working closely with engineers – ships and iterates on features; comfortable iterating quickly at low fidelity.
Highly empathic – inquisitive, curious, constantly seeking better ways to do things.
Polished execution – with solid visual design and excellent process.
Experience in helping to influence product strategy.
