The Consulting Paid Media Specialist will help create and manage online advertising campaigns to help drive awareness of consulting partners on AppExchange. This role will require you to work cross-functionally with product, marketing and creative teams and with program managers and other stakeholders to plan, launch, manage, and measure integrated ad campaigns. You’ll be responsible for leveraging different online advertising platforms to reach Salesforce customers and prospects interested in finding the right consulting partners on AppExchange to solve their business challenges.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who loves managing campaigns and has a proven track record in delivering on core advertising KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and measure digital advertising campaigns on paid social, display and SEM channels across formats including display and native ads.

  • Oversee campaign budgeting, pacing, and optimizations to achieve marketing performance goals.

  • Partner with product marketing to develop quarterly integrated advertising plans that grow awareness of consulting partners on AppExchange.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to author creative briefs, build ad creative, and provide feedback on what works, what can be improved

  • Surface campaign insights to analyze past performance and identify new opportunities to improve existing campaigns.

  • Produce weekly and quarterly reports to demonstrate campaign progress and success.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B advertising

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience advertising on the following channels: display, paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), paid search, and content syndication

  • Highly motivated team player with a passion for the business

  • Strategic and analytical thinker, while also having strong creative skills

  • Robust written and verbal communications, high credibility presence

  • Data-driven marketing mind and familiarity with marketing analytics platforms

  • Advanced Excel skills required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus
