FRL Project Manager, Content Operations

As a Project Manager in our Operations team, you will be one of the people FRL Content Organization team members and internal partners at Facebook Reality Labs Organization will come to with questions about a broad range of topics and processes. You are well-versed in multiple project management methodologies & best practices, with ability to quickly understand the environment around you and build strong working relationships across the organization to get things done and done right. You will partner closely with the Head of Content Programs & Tools to run processes to execute contracts and drive daily activities with procurement teams, with the objective to ensure managed partners are set up to start their engagement with Facebook and receive milestone payments under expected timelines. You will also participate and contribute to building and scaling existing and new Operations Programs, such as the New Hire Onboarding Program, that serve Content Organization in becoming more efficient over time. On any given day, you will partner with Content Ops Leads, members of Content Organization and its Leadership as well as close XFN partners, such as FRL Legal, Procurement and others.

Core Responsibilities

- Own FRL Content Onboarding Program, driving monthly activities while identifying and executing on opportunities to improve and scale the program’s materials and events

- Drive processes in place for contract execution and procurement activities for teams inside FRL Content Organization. Providing ongoing support to keep internal team members and managed external partners unblocked

- Support Head of Content Programs & Tools in daily operations, helping guide and unblock team members across a wide range of challenges

- Partner with Content Programs & Tools and Director of Content Operations to identify opportunities and build processes tailored to enabling emerging teams inside FRL Content Organization

Key Qualification

- 3+ years experience in project management, game/software production or related field

- Experience with Procurement activities, issuing of Purchase Orders and invoice management

- Detail-oriented mindset with an analytical view on process, able to identify opportunities and actions needed to improve how we work as a cross-functional team and execute against the plan

- Experience working in a dynamic environment, able to handle multiple activities and/or topics in parallel with grace

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with running and/or building frameworks that support team training/onboarding and knowledge sharing activities

- Video Games Industry experience. Familiar with development, production and/or operations for Games studios / software application teams

- Experience with Salesforce platform

- Comfortable in occasionally presenting information/program updates to senior management
