Showroom Sales Associate/Customer Care


The ideal candidate is a highly motivated Admin and Sales professional, an ‘out-of-the-box' thinker with impeccable taste and the ability to follow-up and close sales.

 

Job Description:

 Responsible assisting the sales staff fully supporting the company’s Sales, Marketing & Design Teams. The Sales Administrator/Associate will fully execute the responsibilities for this position in a timely and professional manner. The Assistant will also provide data entry into the company’s CRM for sales staff including but not limited to sales activities, proposal preparation and follow-up. Sales Administrator/Associate will be in the New York City showroom.

 

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team by:

  • Setting or scheduling appointments
  • Coordinating the delivery of samples
  • Data entry into the CRM for sales staff on the road
  • Cold Calling
  • Preparation of Sales Opportunities and Proposals/Quotes
  • Requesting and follow up on renderings needed for Proposals from by sales staff
  • Requesting samples needed by sales staff by providing information to Sales Support Specialist to properly log samples sent out to clients and returned from clients
  • Creating/maintaining orderly project (proposal) folders on the server
  • Data Entry in NetSuite
  • Contact Generation
  • Proposals/Quotes
  • Client and Staff follow up activities
  • Answering phones for the office/showroom

     

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fully authorized to work in the US
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to work in a start up environment
  • Passion for Interior Design
  • NetSuite Preferred
