Job Title: Project Manager II Work Location: US - CA - Menlo Park (105201) Duration: 12 Months - W2 Contract Summary: Our social media client is looking for a Policy Programs Associate to join our team to provide project coordination, budget management, and general support across a diverse set of workstreams. Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of work experience in one or more of the following fields: project management, business administration, public policy, and/or communications Knowledge of budget management and financial processes or willingness to learn Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint/Keynote Experience creating processes in a matrix organization Experience with project management and attention to detail Strong written and oral communication skills Experience problem solving independently, organizing workload and priorities, and completing tasks on time Experience working in a fast-paced environment Education/Experience: BA/BS in Public Policy, Business Administration or related field PMI or PMP certification preferred but not required. Top 3 must-have HARD skills: 3+ years of work experience in one or more of the following fields: project management, business administration, public policy, and/or communications Strong written and oral communication skills Strong excel: Someone who has analytical experience and has worked with ambiguity previously. Who can think independently to provide process improvement to problem solve. Good to have skills Works in international relations and have an interest on global interactions. Experience with Tableau and/or other data visualization tools a plus Experience creating processes in a matrix organization
