The Community & Impact Partnerships team helps nonprofits and community leaders around the world grow their communities and causes through programs (e.g. grant & training programs), partnerships and product development.

The Partner Enablement team, within the Community and Impact Partnerships team, is a central function that looks to drive efficiency and effectiveness of a front line partnerships team via education and coaching programs, tooling and infrastructure development.

The primary responsibility of this role will focus on education and coaching for our Social Impact, Health, and Community Partner Managers. The individual will work internally with our marketing, content and product teams to operationalize our training programs, and our eLearning education solutions to serve our global partner management team.

The ideal candidate is an operations professional who is experienced in program management, business education, and working with growing teams.

Responsibilities:
• Work with program managers, marketing, content and product teams to personalize and operationalize effective front line learning efforts (e.g., product/ solutions knowledge, workflow/processes, tools and customer support skills);
• Work with an Instructional Design, marketing and content teams to help build content, including digital learning and instructor led training materials;
• Continually work to ensure all training materials are consistent and up-to-date and in line with products and larger training goals and initiatives
• Build relationships with key cross-functional partners to understand how our education efforts are received and across different functions and regions and take action based on feedback
• Integrate with existing training and education programs
• Track outcomes of our education programs and elearning solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

Hard skills:
o 4-6 years working experience within any of the following fields: customer support, client services, sales/service operations, and training or enablement;
o Facilitation skills, with experience in content development and delivery;
o Project management expertise and experience running strategic projects with cross-functional teams;
o Crisp communication and presentation skills with proven history of success working with executive level leaders.


Good to have skills:
o In depth knowledge of the Facebook products
o Experience working with a global team

Years of experience required:
o 4-6

Key performance measurements:
o Communication/Presentation skills (Written/oral)
o Project management skills

Degrees or certifications required:
BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or other related field
