Title: Product Marketing Project Coordinator
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 7 months W2 contract

The Product Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day tasks that support the PMM (Product Marketing Managers) team operationally while identifying new processes and programs that help the PMM team scale and work more efficiently.
Company and Marketing calendar: Collaborate with PMMs on ensuring weekly content is up to date. Coordinate and publish weekly company calendar. Liaise with MS&O on marketing calendar as needed.
Translation workflow management: Manage and optimize PMM translation process.
Gather translation requests across PMMs, submit translation request tasks, track progress, review quality with native speakers at IG/FB, and deliver translations back to PMMs.
Work with translation team to review and propose updated translation workflow with the goal of maintaining zero operational/project management of translations among PMMs.
Manage team meeting agenda, act as chair and follow up on notes/action items, coordinate offsite events, develop working group to articulate and deliver team mission and principles.
Facilitate and find ways to optimize XFN launch review meeting. Coordinate and publish updates to the Help Center and App Store release notes.
Coordinate delivery of launch assets (screenshots, social)
GSuite and Wiki Health: Ensure organisation of internal resources and keep them up to date including team templates, folders and information hubs
PMM White Space: Identify new ways to help PMM team work more efficiently by identifying and improving or building processes or programs
Candidate must be extremely collaborative and able to build and foster relationships with stakeholders up and across the business including senior leadership.
Candidate must be a clear, concise and thoughtful communicator who can both listen and convey ideas, plans and processes confidently.
Candidate must be able to spot opportunties and challenges and enjoy considering ways to move forward when the path forward is not immediately clear.
Candidate must be an athlete who is up for taking on and leading projects or diving into new workstreams including proactively suggesting new projects to work on themselves based on business needs.
Candidate must be extremely detail oriented and someone who asks questions, pays attention and can make a conscious effort to understand causes instead of just the effects.
