To support our mission, we’re looking for an experienced and impact driven L&D Operations Coordinator to join our team.

We’re looking for someone to help us scale our diversity program and training initiatives. In this role you’ll help communicate, coordinate and operationalize L&D programs to help our Diversity Program Manager further scale Initiatives at Facebook.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively monitor the progress of multiple initiatives to ensure timely execution by regularly communicating the status, risks and progress of key milestones to the Diversity Program Manager.

  • Manage logistics for various training sessions; logistics may include, but not limited to technical support with Zoom, hosting training sessions, scheduling, tracking enrollments, responding to inquiries, capturing feedback, and maintaining training facilitator pipelines.

  • Manage the end-to-end coordination, deployment, and evaluation of various learning programs.

  • Investigate ways to improve processes by focusing on fixing pain points through automation, streamlining existing training, and establishing standard operating procedures.

  • Utilize surveys or other valid assessment tools to measure learning, knowledge retention, and performance.

  • Evaluate current training delivery approaches to ensure training is engaging, practical and impactful.

  • Drive training adoption and awareness by creating informational materials, emails, and other types of communications.

  • Maintain and update the internal wiki with training schedules and other relevant information.

  • Collect and route all inbound requests from FB App teams regarding D&I programs and/or initiatives.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, and/or relevant Teaching experience.

  • 3+ years in project management, event coordination, and/or HR Operations.

  • Experience successfully coordinating strategically and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience coordinating training initiatives in an organization where scaling and the ability to move fast or navigate challenges quickly was critical to success.

  • Ability to balance multiple projects at different stages in the process within a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program management or coordination experience

  • Experience coordinating and executing programs within the tech industry

  • Passion for D&I work and impact


• Bachelors degree required
