Duration: 4 months W2 ( possible conversion)
MuleSoft (a Salesforce Company) is looking for a salesforce.com administrator to help keep our instance well-organized and populated with clean, accurate data. This person will sit with the Field Strategy and Analytics team, report to the team lead, and assist with the ongoing maintenance of account ownership and data cleanliness. Additionally, this person will support various activities required to keep MuleSoft's salesforce instance in sync with the parent company's instance (e.g., Salesforce's salesforce.com) ranging from administrative tasks to recommending process and technical improvements.
reassigning accounts and opportunities between account executives, including newly created accounts
Maintain account and user data quality by identifying and deleting or merging duplicate records
Cleansing and updating inaccurate data
implementing account/company hierarchy objects using data from the parent company's salesforce.com instance
Create and customize Salesforce reports, dashboards, and user profiles to help support maximum productivity of our customer-facing stakeholders.
1-2 years experience as a Salesforce.com administrator (Performance edition required; Lightning edition a plus)
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Comfortable with complementary tools: spreadsheets, Dataloader, etc.
Pragmatic, self-directed, and high degree of attention to detail
SQL proficiency a plus
