Job Title: Lab Manager/Level 3 troubleshooter

Leading Social Media Company
Managing Lab configuration controller/change board leader working with all users to ensure lab stays in sync with production
Tester/release manager for changes in production
Assists with coordination and changes to production systems
Takes a turn with on-call rotations
Assists with deploying beta tests/POC troubleshooting with new technologies
Assists with working through the tasks assigned to IT Security Engineering
Assists with training CHC, HelpDesk, Mobile Karma personnel.
Expert experience with MS SQL Server, Windows Server 2012
Ability to troubleshoot basic networking issues with switches and firewalls, ACL denials
MS SQL DBA, Windows Server Admin, Security application development experience is a plus
Demonstrated process improvement and project management experience, preferably with implementation of large scale enterprise security applications looking for someone who has recent SQL Server 2012+ experience along with SCOM, SCCM, etc. and is core IT server side level 3 expert.
Ability to multi-task in an incredibly fast-moving environment across multiple functions and several dynamic projects
Skilled in problem solving , system administration in a faced paced, constantly changing environment. We move fast and priorities can shift at any time.
