IT Project Manager (HR and Talent Acquisition)

As an IT Project Manager, the candidate will support our ongoing and new clients as well as manage multiple HR and Talent Acquisition projects in the IT industry, e.g. technical implementations in the Talent Acquisition space; and will be accountable for the overall management, planning, and successful delivery to drive targeted business outcomes.
The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment to support the hiring of diversity inclusion candidates with high tech and consulting backgrounds.
The responsibilities include the following:
Accountable for compliance with corporate standards (legal, methodology, etc.) throughout the delivery process.
Screen prospective candidates and assess their technical skills before presenting to the corporate clients. Prepare high potential candidates for technical interviews, solicit feedback from the hiring managers of the interviewees’ performance, evaluate candidate’s skill gaps, and consequently refine job requirements to target the right candidates.
Lead key talent acquisition meetings through engaging current and prospective client stakeholders to understand the client business needs, including project scope, project budget, headcount requirements, the timing of delivery and interview process requirements.
Build and manage IT teams from scratch for clients and drive direction in terms of support, training, education, information, and alignment for the strategic work initiatives across various work-groups.
Devising new recruiting strategies to hire niche, super-niche IT Talent from the market
Review, track and forecast human resource activity and progress in each project to ensure project stability and successful delivery.
Establish Project Manager best practices in alignment to the latest development methodologies being followed throughout the industry, including Agile, SCRUM, and DevOps implementations.
Establish relationships with key decision makers such as hiring managers and influencers such as procurement and Managed Service Providers (MSP).
Define project charter, define success criteria and plan the level of effort.
Facilitate in the resource planning and performance management activities for the various teams at Facebook, Salesforce, Gap and other clients.
Generate revenue by creating a pipeline of prospects through building good relationships with hiring managers with the client. Seek new market opportunities that may be available with the client.
Lead the delivery of the project at the agreed-upon terms, budget, schedule, and service level.
Lead the development and execution of multiple project plans, ensure scope, schedule, and budget are established and met; define project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
As a key contributor, manage critical function in creating long-term relationships with our clients and associates, which bridges the relationship between our client and our operational delivery teams.
Develop, execute and manage strategic human resources plan (work design, recruitment & selection, compensation, performance management, training & development, and retention) to augment IT project workforce needs.
Prepare short, medium and long term skill requirement analysis based on the client’s business plan in order to anticipate the future resource needs.
Lead cross-functional project teams in support of strategic initiatives to drive performance, create a positive work environment, recommend process improvements, and maximize resource utilization.
Manage budgets and monitoring the actual results and provide oversight of client contracts and invoicing.
Create operational excellence that supports the overall mission of quality service and performance.
Respond to issues, questions, and concerns from both the Client and associates, effectively resolving issues and situations and escalating wherever appropriate.
Serve as the face of Infotech Sourcing service team to the Client and the central point of contact for Infotech’s associates on site.
Leverage technology, tools, and data sources to support business processes, performance and metrics.
Bachelor degree in IT/Engineering Management/Business Administration.
Project management experience in a corporate environment.
Demonstrate end to end delivering complex programs.
Experience with Agile methodology.
Business acumen and clear understanding of talent acquisition.
Detailed oriented, able to multitask, meet deadlines.
Data/information management skills.
Strong change management skills and ability to influence others.
Strong analytical, problem solving, conceptual skills.
Experience in human resources, compensation, and benefits fields that include analysis, compliance, project management, and employee communication.
Solid understanding of human resources policies and procedures.

Able to identify the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Knowledge of HR/labor laws and regulations.
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
Proficient with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
Strong analytical skills, experience with reporting and data analysis.
Excellent time management skills.
Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Experience managing contracts and vendor relationships.

Able to think proactively by identifying potential issues and looking for opportunities for continuous improvement.
