Job Title: SEO Manager (Search Engine Optimization)

Duration: 9+ months - W-2 contract
Leading CRM company seeking an SEO Contractor to fill out our team.
Ensure we are best-in-class with regards to SEO practices and results on the Salesforce.com website and associated properties.
Drive organic search engine traffic by contributing to the strategic vision, and owning the development and execution of key SEO programs.
Create innovative ways to report on SEO performance using visualizations in Conductor, GA360, SEMRush, aHrefs and other tools.
Perform ongoing detailed keyword research for existing content areas, new product releases, and acquisitions.
Create keyword mappings, metadata, URLs and redirect mappings for Salesforce.com. Work with multiple stakeholders to communicate expectations and recommendations.
Develop technical strategies to optimize our properties for indexation and to maximize the potential of our online content.
Identify and spec out projects that will improve our on page ranking factors utilizing the latest SEO best-practices.
Develop SEO best practice documentation to educate, train and certify the various cross functional groups including web development, the social media team, editorial, design, production, public relations, and product marketing managers.
Work with consultants and outside agencies / experts to evaluate, assess, measure, and take action on opportunities and gaps.
Be an agent of change within the company.
Infuse SEO into the DNA of Salesforce. Be an evangelist on the benefits of SEO, and ensure that Salesforce.com is the online leader for SEO best practice, implementation and outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years hands-on experience managing search engine optimization (SEO) programs for large scale International sites.
2+ years running content development campaigns to drive SEO results
Skill set must include strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement cutting-edge SEO strategies based on the most up-to-date SEO tactics, including link development, inbound marketing, social media and on-page factors.
Detailed understanding of the current algorithm and ranking signals for Google and Bing. International a plus.
Experience optimizing large enterprise-class websites and working across large multifunctional departments.
Exceptional analytical skills and functional expertise with measurement and reporting tools (Omnivore experience preferred).
Experience either working with an SEO agency managing multiple clients, or large in-house SEO department a must.
Proven ability to deliver substantial increase in organic search engine traffic and corresponding end revenue through SEO.
Ability to drive programs and execute on a vision, together with strong interpersonal and reporting skills.
Experience with B2B or lead generation websites
Knowledge of on-demand web applications, web services APIs and various integration technologies is a plus;
Background in business process analysis, requirements, design and quality;
Experience in business partner relationship, business value scorecards and portfolio management.
