Technical Project Specialist III (Salesforce Developer/Administrator)

Duration: 12+ months

Job Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related.
  • Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, (OmniGraffle is a plus)
  • Experience with software development: PHP, Python, C++, C#, or .Net
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce force.com developer certification
  • Salesforce Advanced administrator certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organization
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding setting
  • Ability to quickly learn and master new technology

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the liaison and point of contact for both internal and cross-functional projects.
  • Evaluate project status and resource utilization; implement changes as needed; review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.
  • Create project plans and builds consensus among diverse sets of stakeholders.
  • Support management through project planning and coordination to meet commitments on time and within resource limitations; with client and management approval, assist with the determination of requirements, priorities and monitoring of progress.
  • Work within program discipline and develop expertise as the documentation subject matter expert (SME), to expedite revisions, corrections, and changes to previously published documentation.
  • Meet regularly with client management for status updates.
  • Lead daily operations and directs the implementation of standards, procedures and best practices that ensures a cohesive, consistent and uniformed global program.
  • Work directly with client to develop strategies, programs, systems and tools that 2 of 2 enhances the approach in keeping employees safe and secure.
  • Regularly communicate updates on emerging technologies, solutions and projects that may impact business operations, employees or vendors.
  • Provide ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues and risks in a timely fashion to internal security teams, cross functional management and executive teams.
  • Manage performance metrics to evaluate progress and success.
  • Design standardized processes and Best Practices from initiation to completion in partnership with SMEs, including project scope, documentation, measurements, communication and implementation to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage end-to-end project plans ensuring on-time delivery while driving execution.
  • Researches and evaluates industry standards and benchmarks to support projects.
  • Fosters strong cross-pyramid partnerships and able to effectively prioritize workload demands to meet project deadlines.
  • Create sustainable communication themes in conjunction with systematic routines, processes, and preparedness activities for client to execute consistently.
  • Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with strong business acumen and technical savviness

 

Preferred

  • Product Management exposure and/or experience.
  • Some knowledge of either coding or scripting however it will not be necessary for this role.
  • Experience with Physical Security or Security Systems a plus but not required
