Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook's success. The Business Planning & Operations team within Recruiting drives strategic business planning and the cross-functional execution of recruiting priorities to support our ambitions and our efforts to scale to the next level.
We are looking for a Space Planning Coordinator to support our location planning efforts and workflow as we grow. Successful candidates for this role will have exceptional problem solving and coordination skills, and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.
-Coordinate space planning activities for recruiting inclusive of office moves, seating new employees, personal relocations, and location based approval workflows (e.g. org tool approvals).
-Manage monthly location audit and bi-weekly audit of unseated locations
-Develop and provide reports on space utilization and availability
-Provide operational and procedural support to ensure location based projects are executed in accordance with established goals
-Collect, analyze, and evaluate data from varying sources.
5+ years of coordination, space planning, or project management experience
Experience planning, coordinating and executing in a quickly changing environment
Experience communicating effectively with a variety of audiences
Experience analyzing data and develop reporting in excel
Able to quickly adapt to new concepts, processes and tools
