Job title: Technical Project Manager

Job Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related.

  • Experience with Data Analysis or Business Analysis

  • Experience with Software Specifications, Software Solution Architecture, Cloud Solution Architecture

  • Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, (OmniGraffle is a plus)

  • Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organization

  • Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding setting

  • Ability to quickly learn and master new technology

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for providing the Project Sponsor and stakeholders with a routine status of the project, actively communicating technical issues and risks, and minimizing the impact of these issues and risks.

  • Build charts, diagrams and requirement specs working directly with software development teams and vendors communicating technical content

  • Proactively identifies areas for improvements, shares lessons learned, and best practices

  • Works with Global Security stakeholders to ensure each project is consistent with common goals and objectives and implements systems based on these requirements

  • Coordinates with internal and external teams through design, implementation, and product go live for software engineering solutions

  • Manages relevant security related tasks and project reporting

  • Communicates and coordinates security initiatives with a global impact

  • Regularly meets with management for status update

  • Manage the planning, designing, purchasing, building, testing and deployment of various IT and IoT security systems by coordinating with internal and external teams for software and hardware engineering solutions

  • Lead the API development, testing and implementation from various IT and IoT security systems to identify management platforms and systems

  • Manage InfoSec compliance approval for new IT systems “Go-Live” for turnover to operations and production

  • Responsible for NDA executions, vendor product/services agreements, contracts/SOW reviews and approvals

  • Build program and project management business development procedures, policies, standards, best practices, templates, protocols and SOPs using PMI methodology for process groups and knowledge areas.

  • Author product and project team's requirement specifications, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and acceptance/rejection criteria documentation for PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and Pilots of IT and IoT security systems



  • Product Management exposure and/or experience.

  • Some knowledge of either coding or scripting however it will not be necessary for this role.

  • Experience with Physical Security or Security Systems a plus but not required
