We are looking for a TPM that will own the execution of these projects for Data Interchange:
2+ years working on data models with hands-on SQL experience to draft queries and perform data analysis
Ability to understand business logic
Experience on B2B platforms/ EDI
Own the tactical steps involved in the supplier onboarding roadmap- working across internal stakeholders like Bizapps Engg, Accounts Payable, Infra, Indirect Supply Chain , and also with external trading partners to drive the onboarding process to go-live.
Provide subject matter expertise with new supplier onboarding on Data Interchange.
Drive the weekly and monthly engineering sprints to reach product goals.
Act as the first point of product support escalation for self service onboarding on Data Interchange.
Perform technical support, configuration, user training and validation for Data Interchange
Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to shape, support, and execute product goals, by elevating the voice of the user as an input into decision-making.
Understand application data models, perform SQL queries and -perform- data analysis to discover and fix underlying causes of bugs
Track key application metrics, drives insights and build dashboards to measure results against goals * Identify risks within the business function, deliver clear documentation.
Lead/Support all business readiness activities including end user training, product testing and roll-outs
Triage and disposition production support tickets
Escalate any issues to PM/Engineering.
Handle all aspects of technical projects for the company.
Responsible for initiating programs, following their progress, and serving as support providers in case issues arise.
Coordinate efforts among workers and outside vendors.
Develop effective schedules and suggest action items to complete to successfully complete the project.
Track technical issues and implement solutions in a prompt manner.
Communicate project status and suggest changes to use company resources more efficiently. Propose solutions to technical constraints using their technical expertise and experience.
Provide expertise for escalated quality problems and anticipate bottlenecks in the development cycle.
Identify technical impacts on the organization as they relate to business requirements.
Define strategies, regularly participate in executive meetings to present their progress, and share project information with other professionals in their organization.
Drive new products and features through the development process.
Gather and create product requirements and specifications.
Make sure project meets deadlines and is completed within budget.
Review and test code to ensure it works properly.
