Job Title: Analyst, Product Testing Operations (Product Strategy and Operations – Product Tester)
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 3+ months W2 contract with possible extension/conversion

Work with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases.
Evaluate the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the clients business requests and needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group.
Develops and maintains reports detailing influence of marketing activities on various operating groups, other projects and duties as assigned.
Develops and maintains moderately complex financial modeling tools and programs, responsible for using query tools to identify new strategies and maintain the profitability of existing strategies, develops and maintains moderately complex financial modeling tools and programs.
Own and drive end to end execution process for in-store/ online product testing.
Work in close partnership with cross-functional brand teams to coordinate testing activities.
Drive collection of data/artifacts required for building test.
Track test execution progress, identify issues/risks, and coordinate mitigation plans & actions.
Track test POs and shipment to stores for on-time test launch.
Validate online test link to prepare for test launch.
Validate and analyze test results and findings and prepare materials to deliver to the brands.
Collect, manage, maintain testing data for reporting and measurement.
Build strong partnerships with Brands, Brand Engagement, Analytics and Product Management teams.
2+ years of experience.
Retail experience in Consulting, Inventory Management, Merchandising or Production will be a plus.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and time management.
Good interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships.
Analytical thinking and data orientation.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Outlook
