The Video Operations Coordinator role will sit on the Global Business Marketing (GBM) Brand & Video Solutions team, and dotted line to the GBM Media Partner Marketing team. Overall goal of the position is to manage the approval processes and asset libraries for content coming from: Media Partners, Creators, Facebook Watch Originals, and Facebook Cultural Tentpole Video, for use in business and partner marketing activities globally.
The Brand and Video Solutions team manages the global marketing strategy that aims to drive awareness and adoption of our brand-advertising products and solutions across the Facebook family of apps. In our purview most relevant to this position is in-stream video ads. This position will sit within this team.
Liaison between Global Business Marketing (GBM) teams, Media Partnerships Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) and Legal teams to initiate partner or talent outreach and asset approvals.
Initiation of new media partner and creator contracts (marketing agreements) when needed, and organization/management of existing contracts.
As needed, initiate and support smooth working relationships between GBM regional marketing teams and local Media Partnerships contacts to source assets and get approvals for marketing activities.
Management of a master library of approved, global video assets.
5+ years of experience dealing with contracts process, legal comms familiarity, and partnering with legal, with ability to identify gaps and refine.
Expertise working with cross functional partners at all levels.
Expertise working with media partners and licensing agreements preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/education.
