Title: Accounting Analyst

Support credit card reconciliation
Research transactions that need to be corrected using various GAP and external systems.
Determine exception type from known defects or callout new defects if discovered in research and perform a correcting entry to the customer’s account in credit card research.
Perform ad-hoc reporting as needed.
Support escalated customer service issues through SalesForce – research and customer communication of opened cases.
Two-year college/university level course work in accounting or finance.
Minimum 1-2years experience in a business or financial environment.
Strong computer skills (can easily navigate through websites, GAP systems and Microsoft excel)
Organized and high attention to detail, not bothered by doing repetitive work, can balance efficiency with quality (this is customer’s money so getting it back to them as soon as possible with few errors)
Strong analytical/decision making skills, good communication skills – will need to interact with customers, store business partners and team members
Comfortable working in team environment, open to receiving and giving feedback to peers and above, accountable for self and work to meet goals, energized by a challenge and willingness to do more
Prior revenue reconciliation experience
