Associate Analyst, Global Enablement - Technology & Operations
Location: San Francisco
At Salesforce, Global Enablement is tasked with creating best-in-class learning experiences for the entire Distribution organization. The Global Enablement Technology & Operations team builds and supports tools and processes that drive learning, and is looking for junior analyst/system admin to support our learning and content apps.
Responsibilities May Include
Gathering and maintaining business requirements and technical documentation
Documenting as-is and to-be business processes
Recommending process or technology solutions to solve business problems
Creating test plans and test scripts to ensure the quality of the solutions we deliver
Assisting with the implementation of changes to people, process, and technology
Managing support queues, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.
Performing bulk data migration, assisting with duplicate management and other data management tasks
Building reports and dashboards
Assisting in the configuration and maintenance of sandbox environments to facilitate successful development and QA testing of new features and functionality.

2-3 years of related experience
1+ years of Salesforce platform implementation experience
Current Salesforce Admin Certification
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proven leadership skills demonstrating sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience presenting to senior-level leadership or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
Experience working with Einstein Analytics
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum model
Experience with enterprise integration tools such as Jitterbit, Mulesoft, and APIs
Familiarity with Change and Release Management processes
