Job Title: Recruiting Program Manager
Duration: 6 months W2 contract ( possible conversion)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
The Recruiting Program Manager will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the logistics and execution behind effective intern recruiting solutions that meet our business goals.
The role will heavily focus on onboarding, engagement and evaluation of interns during the summer internship program.
In addition, assist with the logistics and planning of company’s fall campus recruiting strategy. This position is located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis.
Help manage and execute intern, co-op and new grad event calendars for Indy and hubs across the US. Heavy focus on intern program engagement.
Assist with coordination of intern social and networking events and facilitate relationships with external vendors
Support university events team in implementation of event tactics and attendance.
Manage swag and giveaways inventory for the assigned locations.
Work with recruiters, talent scouts and business leaders to generate leverage resources and share information to create and lead university recruiting campaigns
Identify teams of campus ambassadors to attend university events and serve as representatives
Program Manager will also work closely with recruitment management, recruiters and scouts to ensure useful tracking and metrics are in place to drive performance and illustrate the value and ROI of various recruiting efforts.
Develop tracking systems, metrics, and reports to determine the effectiveness of ongoing projects and initiatives and communicate the results to key stakeholder
Assist with campus strategy program, including design, attraction, and recruitment for university students from targeted schools
A Bachelor’s degree and/or 3-5 years experience in recruitment, marketing or programs.
Experience developing, maintaining and rebuilding relationships with senior level internal stakeholders.
Strong project management skills are required including project planning, resourcing, monitoring and reporting.
Strong understanding of reporting, applicant tracking systems, related software applications (Microsoft and Google spreadsheets) and ability to navigate effectively through the Internet.
Expert task management, resource management and interpersonal skills.
Works with a high sense of urgency, ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic changing environment and still deliver on deadlines. Works well with ambiguity.
