Stadium People, one of the nation’s fastest-growing Event Staff Companies in the Sports and Entertainment Industry is seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator with high energy and strong attention to detail to join us in Dallas and Ft. Worth. Opportunities to travel to Austin and other U.S. locations will accompany this role. Our Event Coordinator will work with our Event Management Team to launch and manage professional, collegiate, and performing arts event venues.
The Event Coordinator will work directly with client event operations teams at AT&T Stadium, SMU, TCU and many others in DFW, along with Stadium People internal management, to develop and execute the hiring plan for over 2,000 positions in Event Staffing, Security, and Parking, and serve as the onsite manager during home games. Beyond football season, the Event Coordinator will schedule all winter, spring, and summer sports staff and serve as the primary contact for the account.
Ideal experience we are seeking would be someone with 1-2 years in college athletics and event management, or someone who has interned for a sports team or concert venue. Applicants with a degree in Sports Management or Hospitality will be able to use their education and applicable internship work to thrive with our team.
