About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business and expand customer partnerships in the greater Denver, CO market. This role is perfect for a true hunter who thrives on building a book of business from the ground up, with a strong background in packaging or manufacturing sales.
You’ll manage and grow client relationships, introduce innovative solutions, and represent the company at industry events — all while hitting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
What You’ll Do
Identify and close new business opportunities in the Denver market
Build strong, long-term client relationships in industries like food & beverage, health & beauty, and spirits
Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings to present solutions
Negotiate contracts and formalize sales relationships
Track sales results, analyze data, and propose improvements
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of sales experience (packaging or manufacturing preferred)
Proven hunter mindset with success building portfolios from scratch
Experience selling folding cartons, packaging, or related products strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of the Denver, CO business market
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and KPIs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills
Willingness to travel frequently within Colorado (some U.S. travel required)
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
