Successful Candidates:

• At least three years of sales experience, preferably in building materials.
  • Selling contractors is a plus
• Knowledge of the construction process and building materials preferred
• Identify and develop relationships with contractors, builders, and developers
• Understand their project needs and recommend appropriate building materials or solutions
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales
• Ability to read plans
• High energy with a solid work ethic
• Maintain strong relationships with existing contractor clients
• Provide product recommendations, technical knowledge, and problem-solving support
• Stay informed about construction trends, new materials, and industry regulations
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Commission based motivation
