Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations of clients' current healthcare plans to determine their needs.
  • Recommend appropriate supplemental insurance options to enhance their coverage.
  • Provide clients with a clear understanding of their options for prescription drugs, vision, and dental insurance.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, electronic filing, document scanning, and support other office duties as directed by the Department Director.
  • Handle all sensitive information with utmost integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the health insurance field preferred.
  • Health insurance licensure is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and professional phone etiquette.
