Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations of clients' current healthcare plans to determine their needs.
- Recommend appropriate supplemental insurance options to enhance their coverage.
- Provide clients with a clear understanding of their options for prescription drugs, vision, and dental insurance.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, electronic filing, document scanning, and support other office duties as directed by the Department Director.
- Handle all sensitive information with utmost integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in the health insurance field preferred.
- Health insurance licensure is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and professional phone etiquette.
