Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations of clients' current healthcare plans to determine their needs.
Recommend appropriate supplemental insurance options to enhance their coverage.
Provide clients with a clear understanding of their options for prescription drugs, vision, and dental insurance.
Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, electronic filing, document scanning, and support other office duties as directed by the Department Director.
Handle all sensitive information with utmost integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
At least 1 year of experience in the health insurance field preferred.
Health insurance licensure is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Exceptional organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and professional phone etiquette.
