What You’ll Do
Understand customer needs and clearly position the product as the best solution
Build and deliver engaging product demos and walkthroughs
Lead prospects through trials, onboarding, and early customer success stages
Partner closely with implementation and technical teams
Manage a full sales cycle from discovery to close
Complete product, sales, and process training to stay sharp
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
Respond to RFPs and present solutions confidently
What You Bring
3+ years in a customer-facing role (sales, sales engineering, consulting, product, or similar)
Experience negotiating pricing and closing new business
Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, clear business value
Strong understanding of SaaS or related technologies (web apps, databases, integrations)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally to solve technical challenges
Willingness to travel domestically 50% to 70%
Ability to plan, manage, and track project timelines and milestones
