Responsibilities:

• Present and promote our insurance services and solutions to prospective clients effectively.
• Drive new business development and bring prospects to closure.
• Manage and expand client accounts by cross-selling various available products and services.
• Negotiate with carriers and analyze carrier quotes to obtain the best rates for clients.
• Identify carrier risk appetites, gather carrier information, and understand target classes and underwriting guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for both existing and prospective clients.
• Continuously update skills through attending relevant training sessions and courses.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Bilingual fluency in Chinese and English.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance, with additional experience in surplus line insurance policies highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to listen to and accurately identify client needs.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of effectively prioritizing workflow.
• A positive attitude towards learning and personal growth within a fast-paced environment.
