Senior Recruiter VA
Handle the entire recruiting process from end to end to meet assigned searches
Will work on direct hire full time roles based in the US or Canada
Follow up with the client through email and phone calls
Make a placement within 45 days (or 60 days depending on circumstances)
Make 2 placements in the first 2 months
Must have the ability to fill different positions from a variety industries based in the US
Will be provided an ATS along with an Indeed subscription, Monster subscription, Zoom Info subscription, and several other sourcing tools as we see fit
8-12 years of recruiting experience with at least 70% of it being with businesses in the United States
Have experience working directly with clients to do onboarding calls, need to be able to ask
what requirements the client has for the open role
Must be familiar with sending submittals directly to the client without an account manager
Should know the right time to follow up with a client using both emails and phone calls.
Must know how to vocally communicate what they need to perform their tasks
Must have vast recruiting experience in different roles such as but not limited to: Engineers, IT Positions, Manufacturing roles, Warehouse positions, Chemists, Operations Managers, etc.
Must write and speak perfect English
Hard requirement, minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience. If you do not have at least 5 years then you will not even be considered for the role.
Great attendance (if you miss too many days you will be let go / will be limited to the number of sick days that are acceptable)
Good internet connection and back-up internet
Important questions for the interview:
1. How many years of experience do you have recruiting US employees for US companies?
2. How many different companies within the US have you recruited for?
3. How much experience do you have interacting with clients? Do you send your candidates directly to the client or do you have an account manager do that for you?
