This role is ideal for someone who has worked as a Project Manager for a Specialty Contractor and understands the challenges of managing change orders, extra work tracking, and project documentation across spreadsheets, emails, and paper systems.

If you have transitioned into enterprise software sales or are ready to move from construction project management into SaaS sales, this is an opportunity to help modernize how large construction companies manage change orders and project communication.

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through closing, working with some of the largest Specialty Contractors in the country.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new enterprise accounts within the commercial construction industry
• Build relationships with decision makers including project managers, operations leaders, and executive stakeholders
• Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach through closing
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to construction industry workflows
• Develop strategic account plans for large contractor organizations
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure strong client outcomes
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting using CRM software
• Stay informed on construction technology trends and competitive solutions

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a Specialty Contractor
• 2–3 years of enterprise B2B software sales experience preferred
• Experience selling to or working within the commercial construction industry
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles
• Experience working with senior decision makers and executive stakeholders
• Strong consultative sales skills and ability to articulate value to customers
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools
• Self motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast paced sales environment
