We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive to expand our presence within the commercial auto insurance sector. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with national insurance brokers and carriers, creating go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth through collaborative solutions. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and stakeholders at major national insurance brokers and carriers.
Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to tailor solutions to client needs.
Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to current and prospective partners.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to uncover new opportunities.
Collaborate with partners to align offerings with their business models and operational goals.
Develop joint strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance partner offerings.
Implement integrated solutions to create new revenue streams and improve client value.
Provide accurate reports on account activity, progress, and forecasts to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
Knowledge of driver safety, compliance, and risk management solutions.
Strong understanding of the commercial auto insurance sector and its trends.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
5–7 years of experience selling to P&C insurance carriers and MGAs.
5–10 years of experience at a major national insurance broker or carrier.
Deep knowledge of the commercial auto insurance market and its dynamics.
Proven success developing long-term, revenue-generating partnerships.
