Account Executive – Insurance & Data Solutions
We’re seeking a results-driven, goal-oriented sales professional to drive growth in our risk management software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering measurable sales results within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify, and strategically sell into new business opportunities within the insurance market.
Leverage sales prospecting tools and cold outreach to generate new business leads.
Maintain a high level of sales activity to build and manage a strong, consistent pipeline.
Develop and maintain deep knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to ensure performance satisfaction and uncover new revenue opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, showcasing our solutions to the insurance sector.
Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing to refine and scale go-to-market strategies, including outbound selling and cross-sell/upsell initiatives.
Grow revenue from an existing portfolio of clients through strategic relationship management.
Provide accurate and timely forecasts on sales activities, pipeline health, and deal closures.
Participate in ongoing sales and product training to stay ahead in the market.
Discuss new product launches and strategic initiatives with clients.
Maintain accurate records of all activities in Salesforce CRM.
Qualifications:
10+ years of sales experience selling to P&C insurance carriers and MGAs.
Strong desire and ability to learn quickly, particularly in digital marketing and technology solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and prioritization skills; able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Persistent, professional, and highly motivated with a proven track record in sales.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
