Job Description:

• Review project specifications, site plans, and architectural drawings to gain a comprehensive understanding of the scope of each demolition project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify project requirements and constraints.
• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate the complexity of demolition projects, site conditions, and potential hazards.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including material quantities, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to create comprehensive and itemized bid proposals for each project.
• Research and gather information on material prices, labor rates, and equipment rental costs to support accurate cost estimation.
• Work closely with the procurement team to obtain competitive bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Analyze potential risks and factors that may impact project timelines and budgets, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Maintain a database of past projects, cost data, and pricing trends to support future estimating efforts.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and discussions with clients to clarify project requirements and address any questions or concerns.

Requirements: 

• 3 years Contractions estimating
• 1 year of Demolition Estimating
• Have reliable transport or planning to relocate before starting work
