Relationship Manager, Commercial Lending
SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Commercial Lending Team Leader, this individual is responsible for new business development, cross sale of other Bank products and services, and portfolio administration. New business will be generated from a calling program that includes business development calls on current customers, potential customers, businesses, professionals, etc.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one group situations to clients and other Bank employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed oral or written instructions. Ability to deal with problems that arise internally and externally.
