Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a robust schedule of values, guiding the project's financial management.
  • Take charge of procurement processes, preparing essential documents and executing subcontracts efficiently.
  • Keep project schedules up-to-date, tracking changes meticulously to ensure smooth progress.
  • Review invoices and manage monthly requisitions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive monthly reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Navigate the punch list and close-out process with finesse, ensuring all loose ends are tied up effectively.
  • Set the stage for success by ensuring the right tools are in place before project commencement.
  • Leverage your expertise gained during preconstruction and estimating phases to inform project strategy.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop a thorough site logistics plan, optimizing efficiency on-site.
  • Champion profitability by analyzing business and contractual terms, ensuring projects meet established goals.
  • Master the intricacies of owner contracts and provide valuable insights to enhance project outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement and estimating teams to select the best subcontractors for the job.

 

Requirements: 

  • 7 - 10 years Project Manager experience in high-end residential individual homes
  • Experience in working with subcontractors and architects
