Navigate the punch list and close-out process with finesse, ensuring all loose ends are tied up effectively.
Set the stage for success by ensuring the right tools are in place before project commencement.
Leverage your expertise gained during preconstruction and estimating phases to inform project strategy.
Collaborate with the project team to develop a thorough site logistics plan, optimizing efficiency on-site.
Champion profitability by analyzing business and contractual terms, ensuring projects meet established goals.
Master the intricacies of owner contracts and provide valuable insights to enhance project outcomes.
Collaborate closely with procurement and estimating teams to select the best subcontractors for the job.
Requirements:
7 - 10 years Project Manager experience in high-end residential individual homes
Experience in working with subcontractors and architects
