Position Overview
We’ve been retained by our client to find a high-performing Sales Development Representative to help drive new business. This role is ideal for a motivated, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact on revenue growth by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients in residential, commercial, and energy sectors
Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and outreach strategies
Provide insights to internal teams based on lead feedback and market trends
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or inside sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Tech-savvy, with CRM and Microsoft Office experience
Driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Prior exposure to construction, trades, or service-based industries is a plus
