Job Summary
The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new OEM accounts, managing existing customer relationships, and coordinating closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality PCB solutions. This role blends technical knowledge with consultative B2B sales and long-term account management.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development with OEM customers in electronics, medical, and industrial markets
Manage and grow existing key accounts
Prepare pricing, coordinate technical requirements, and support customer projects
Partner with global engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to deliver solutions
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to overall sales strategy
Represent the company in customer meetings, presentations, and industry events
Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience
Experience selling PCBs, EMS, components, or OEM manufacturing solutions strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
