• 10+ Years in a plant manager position.
• Experience managing high mix, low volume production lines.
• Experience managing production lines for highly Engineered products.
• Spanish / English speaking.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles.

• [Nice to have] Experience completing Brownfield expansions.
