E-commerce Sales & Marketing Specialist is in charge of generating leads, connecting with qualified leads, converting leads and retaining them. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
- Owning the front-end sales & marketing execution activities on sales channels.
- Managing the promotional strategy and execution to drive revenue growth and track performance results as it relates to loyalty increase and ROI.
- Creating and Collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand store navigation is maintained and re-develop content as needed to maximize engagement.
- Owning the weekly and monthly Shopify/database inventory reporting.
- Actively engaging with customers in weekly calls to ensure sales & marketing plans are activated.
What you need to succeed:
- Degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, PR, digital retail, retail merchandising, project management, or related field.
- Experience with eCommerce, digital merchandising, or catalog management web technologies desired
- Exceptional project management; strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills: face-to-face, social media, on the telephone, and via email
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with owners
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work weekends and travel as needed
- Demonstrate going above and beyond to accomplish goals
