Job Description:

• Lead the design and development of MEP and HVAC systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into building designs.
• Perform calculations, simulations, and analysis to optimize the performance and efficiency of MEP and HVAC systems.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Oversee the procurement and installation of mechanical equipment and systems, ensuring quality and timely project delivery.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the progress and quality of mechanical installations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Act as a subject matter expert in MEP and HVAC systems during client meetings and presentations.
• Participate in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in mechanical engineering.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 15- 20 years experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
