Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead maintenance activities, ensuring all machinery and equipment operate at peak efficiency.

2. Foster a team environment that emphasizes quality, transparency, and open-mindedness.

3. Develop maintenance schedules in Limble (CMMS) that reflect our commitment to excellence and efficiency.

4. Collaborate across departments to minimize production disruptions while emphasizing problem-solving and innovative thinking.

5. Uphold our values in every action, promoting a respectful and diverse working environment.

6. Manage the maintenance budget responsibly, reflecting our commitment to financial sustainability and efficiency.

7. Engage with external vendors and contractors, ensuring they align with our company's values and standards.

8. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, always seeking ways to make our processes better and more efficient.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or extensive experience in the field, with a strong preference for specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

· Preferable if experienced in maintenance within the flexibles converting industry.

· Demonstrated ability to lead a team with empathy and effectiveness.

· Comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

· Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and solution-oriented approaches.

 

Skills:

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and respect diverse viewpoints.

· Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks with a positive and open mindset.

· Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Physical Requirements:

· Capability to handle the physical demands of the manufacturing environment.
