Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, particularly within the dermatology field, and a deep understanding of FDA regulations. This role requires strategic selling skills tailored to Dispense in Office (DIO) and Direct to Patient (DTP) models, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to promote dermatological products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders to promote dermatology products.

  • Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of dermatological products to healthcare professionals, emphasizing commitment to patient-centric care.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with FDA regulations and adhere to company policies and ethical standards.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools, providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a focus on dermatology preferred.

  • Knowledge: Preference for a familiarity with FDA regulations and experience with DIO and DTP sales models.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
